A patient presented with major hemoptysis and a squamous carcinoma of lung.  The patient was bleeding from eyes, nose, ears, mouth. Patient had a hemorrhagic shock. Ppts presented with atopic dermatitis which is eczema. Bunion of the great toe which is a bony bump that forms on the joint at the base of the big toe, skin ulcer of finger, dupuytren’s contracture which is thickening and tightening of tissue under skin in hand, squamous cell carcinoma of lung which is slow growing type of lung cancer, and hepatitis C virus infection which is an infection caused by virus attacking liver and leading to inflammation. The patient had an esophageal fistula which is an abnormal connection between esophagus and trachea causing uncontrolled bleeding.
